RATE CARD

1. Quotes and Estimates:

All prices listed in this rate card are estimates and subject to change based on the final scope of work, client requirements, and project complexity. A detailed, written quotation will be provided for each project, outlining the specific services, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedule. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2. Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upfront to commence work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of assets. For larger projects, a phased payment schedule may be agreed upon. Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 5% per week on the outstanding balance.

3. Project Timelines:

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon and specified in the project quotation. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, content provision, or approvals) may result in extended timelines and potential additional costs. Rush projects, if accepted, will incur an additional fee (typically 25-50% of the total project cost).

4. Revisions:

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 1-2). Subsequent revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at an hourly rate (e.g., KES 5,000 per hour) or a flat fee, as agreed upon. Revisions must be provided in a consolidated and clear manner.

5. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, assets (logos, brand guidelines, existing footage, interviewees), and timely feedback required for the project. Clients must obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and releases for any third-party content (music, images, talent) they provide. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided for the project.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights:

Upon full payment, the client will receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose as outlined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the production company retains the copyright to all raw footage, project files, and unused concepts. The production company reserves the right to use completed projects in their portfolio, website, and promotional materials.

7. Cancellation Policy:

If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations after significant work has been completed (beyond the deposit value), the client will be invoiced for the work done up to the cancellation date, at the agreed-upon rates.

8. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information related to the project and business operations secure and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
